Tall, imposing half-orc woman whose scarred face adds to her striking presence. Partial side shave flowing into a long ponytail with vibrant-colored bangs. Septum ring and multiple ear piercings. Practical leathers. Carries herself with calm confidence — at home in both a fight and a negotiation.

Thirty years ago, Yagra served with the Zhentarim Whitesnakes (under Davil Starsong) in Waterdeep — mercenary work and covert operations. After a crackdown, she fled to Luskan and — ironically — opened the Black Pearl Mercantile, a legal business in one of the most criminal cities on the Sword Coast.

Nestled among rickety docks and repurposed ship-hulks. Dimly lit, crowded with pirate gear, salvage crates, and a faint mix of saltwater and the underlying tang of something alchemical.

Common stock: rum-infused healing potions, deck boots, spyglasses, standard pirate paraphernalia. Special requests: Some claim she still sources rare or illicit items — alchemic concoctions, forged documents, cursed trinkets — via hidden channels. Privateer papers: Sells "official" documents for those wanting to raid under a thin veneer of legality. Ship repairs and rumors: She taps a local network of smugglers and tinkerers for quick fixes and insider information.

Personality

Decades of Zhentarim experience taught her to read people and value caution. Practical and discerning. Tough but fair — she doesn't cheat her customers, but she doesn't take risks for them either. Calm in a negotiation; equally calm when she reaches for the blade.
