Madame Rosine Dupont runs the Driftwood Tavern in Neverwinter — a dockside establishment and a known place to make connections. The flags of various factions hang inside. The decor is not decoration; it is a statement of deliberate neutrality. Everyone drinks under the same roof.

The Driftwood Tavern is an information hub. Rosine is the centre of it.

The Party's Visit

The party came to the Driftwood Tavern looking for information on the Cloaked Descendants — a faction who believed their leader to be the rightful heir of Neverwinter.

Rosine (or a contact operating through her establishment) provided:

That the Cloaked Descendants' leader considers himself the rightful heir of Neverwinter
That Lord Neverember was run out of Waterdeep for embezzlement (funds meant for Neverwinter's benefit)
That the Cloaked Descendants leave a graffiti mark — a cloaked figure holding a crown — and can be found starting east in the northern districts, near the Fallen Tower
