This document tracks all unresolved narrative threads across the Forge Wardens campaign. Update after every session. Mark threads Resolved when closed — keep them in the Resolved section for reference rather than deleting them.

Sloobludop — Demon Lord Invasion

• Opened: Arc C (Underdark); Othorion's arc (Grazzt pact from B18)
• Status: 🔴 Catastrophic and ongoing — consequences will arrive whether or not the party pursues this thread
• Last Event: All demon lords summoned into Underdark; Demogorgon destroyed Sloobludop; party fled
• Key Questions: Does Lolth blame Othorion? Does Grazzt contact him again? Which faction responds first? Has anyone connected the party to the summoning?
