A massive crewman aboard the Ice Serpent standing approximately seven feet tall. Despite his intimidating stature, Dolwar demonstrates genuine warmth and an unusual formal sense of honor regarding personal debts.

During the voyage north, Kavu demonstrates his fire-breathing ability and uses it to make s'mores. Dolwar crouches down to participate in this moment of levity. Afterward, unprompted and entirely sincere, he seeks out Kavu and formally swears him a binding personal favor:

"I, Dolwar Brinebone, do solemnly swear that you shall be able to call upon me for exactly one favor of any nature within my power to give at any point in the future."

This oath is not ceremonial. Kavu holds a legitimate debt that Dolwar will honor when called upon.
