Lorana serves the party at the Iron Flagon during their stays in Neverwinter. When the party arrives at the inn covered in blood and wounds following the House Baenre ambush in B05, she handles their condition with practical efficiency. She ensures the party's suite is prepared, coordinates meals (notably preparing fried chicken with root vegetables for the group), and manages Pip's recovery with appropriate care.

She demonstrates attentiveness to detail: when Roland offers a gold coin as a tip, she catches it and tests it, suggesting awareness of counterfeit currency and caution about strangers. Her rapport with the party suggests regular contact and growing familiarity.
