One of the most powerful arcane officials in Faerûn, wielding authority that extends far beyond Waterdeep's walls. Her office is not given to warm correspondence — her letters are directives, her suggestions are mandates, and her involvement in regional affairs carries the weight of the City itself.

Distant Authority

Vajra Safahr has never been directly encountered by the party. She exists only through official correspondence, magical orders, and the recognition that invoking her name carries weight — dangerous, two-edged weight that might save you or get you killed depending on who hears it.

Her oversight encompasses:
