Campaign Role
First Meeting on the Northern Road
Brother Akra encountered the Forge Wardens on the road north of Saltmarsh as the party traveled toward Neverwinter. He introduced himself correctly — name first, then destination — and explained he was traveling to Saltmarsh to board a ship heading for a settlement in the stretch between Neverwinter and Luskan. His route briefly aligned with the party's northward path.
Channel Divinity Blessing
Brother Akra offered the party a blessing as they traveled together. Using his Channel Divinity with invocations of Bahamut and wakefulness spoken in Draconic, he granted the party immunity to exhaustion within 60 feet of him for the duration of their travel together.
The mechanical effect was profound: the blessing halved their travel time. What would have taken three days to reach Saltmarsh took less than two days. However, Brother Akra warned them to take a full rest immediately upon leaving his range — the accumulated fatigue would catch up all at once.
Departure at Saltmarsh
At Saltmarsh, Brother Akra boarded a ship heading north. Whether the party would encounter him again was left unresolved.
